Advice you can act on, and the hands to act on it.

We advise businesses on complex strategic and operational problems and help implement the solutions.

I.

Strategy & Advisory

Strategy work only earns its fee if it changes a decision. We are useful when the choice in front of a business is genuinely hard: a market to enter or leave, a price that has not moved in five years, an acquisition that has to make sense on paper before it makes sense in a meeting.

What you get is a recommendation you can act on, with the analysis behind it laid out plainly enough that anyone in the room can argue with it.

  • 01
    Growth and operating strategy

Where the next dollar of growth actually comes from, and what the operation has to look like to carry it.

  • 02
    Financial analysis

Unit economics, margin and cost structure, scenario and sensitivity work behind a decision that has money attached.

  • 03
    Strategic planning

A plan with owners, sequencing and a way to tell whether it is working — not a document that is filed and forgotten.

  • 04
    Transaction support

Diligence support, valuation analysis and integration planning for buyers and sellers of closely held businesses.

II.

Operations & Transformation

Most operational problems are not mysteries. They are known problems that nobody has had the time, the mandate or the political cover to fix. We take the mandate.

That means mapping the process as it is actually run rather than as it is documented, redesigning the parts that cost the most, and staying through the rollout. A change that is announced but never implemented leaves a business worse off than before it was raised.

  • 01
    Process improvement

Find where the work stalls, the handoffs that lose information, and the steps that exist only because someone once asked for them.

  • 02
    Digital transformation

Move a business off spreadsheets and paper without breaking the thing that currently works.

  • 03
    Organizational improvement

Roles, reporting lines and decision rights, aligned to how the business actually needs to run.

  • 04
    Systems design

Decide what each system is responsible for, where data lives, and what talks to what, before anyone buys anything.

  • 05
    Implementation oversight

Own the plan, the vendors and the timeline on your behalf, and report honestly on what is behind.

III.

Technology & AI

We advise on technology the way we advise on everything else: starting from the business problem, not the product. A good share of the time the honest answer is that a tool the business already pays for can do the job and nobody has configured it.

When the answer is to build, we do not hand over a vendor list. The firm has its own technology division.

  • 01
    AI strategy

Which parts of the operation AI genuinely improves, which it does not, what it would cost to find out, and what has to be true about your data first.

NEXOS

Nexos designs and builds the technology: AI systems, custom software, automation and integration, data and infrastructure. Same firm, same engagement, same people in the room.
