Abrams & Luchanski is headquartered in San Diego. We meet clients in person across Southern California — San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, the Coachella Valley, and Ventura and Santa Barbara counties — and work remotely with businesses everywhere else in California and the United States.
Two ways to run an engagement.
Where you are changes how we meet, not what you get. Every engagement moves the same way — understand the problem and the numbers behind it, put a recommendation in writing, then stay for the implementation.
How the work runs
- Free technology audit. A call, then a written audit that ranks what in your business is worth building or automating.
- Fixed-scope proposal. What will be built, what is left out and the price, in writing before any work starts.
- The build. A weekly check-in call, a shared progress board showing what is done, what is next and what is waiting on you, and working software to try early.
The free technology audit is a call and a written audit, wherever you are, Southern California included. In Southern California, on-site sessions (workshops, discovery at your premises, design reviews, acceptance testing and training) are part of a paid build, not the free audit. Outside Southern California, all of it runs over video.
In person, across Southern California
For a business anywhere in Southern California — from San Diego County north to Santa Barbara, and inland to the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley — the diagnosis happens where the work does. Once an engagement is agreed and quoted, we come to you for the discovery: sitting with the people who run the process, walking the floor or the office, reading the systems over someone’s shoulder rather than from a slide.
Workshops with leadership are held on site too — the recommendation is argued over in the room it will be implemented in. The build itself is done remotely between visits, with a weekly check-in call and a shared progress board, and we come back for the parts that go better face to face: rollout, training and the first weeks of the new way of working.
Remote, everywhere else
Elsewhere in California and across the United States, the method is the same — diagnose, recommend, implement — run over video calls, screen-shared walkthroughs of how the work is actually done, and shared working documents.
You get the same written recommendation and the same implementation. What changes is logistics: process walkthroughs are recorded rather than observed, and workshops are shorter and more frequent rather than one long day in a room.

Does Abrams & Luchanski have offices outside San Diego?
No. The firm is headquartered in San Diego and has no other offices. For clients across Southern California we travel to you — to your office, site or plant — rather than asking you to come to us.

San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, the Coachella Valley, and Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. That includes North County San Diego, from Carlsbad and Oceanside inland to Escondido, and the desert cities from Palm Springs to Indio.

Yes. We work remotely with businesses everywhere else in California and across the United States, with the same method and the same deliverables; only the logistics of discovery and workshops change.
